Not really, since ArenaNet have the rule in place that you can't sell thier property on the internet as your own. Even though people do sell GWG online already and they can't stop it, the point is that it shouldn't even be happening in the first place. Gambling with fake money is allowed, but if you're exchanging it for real money, then that's not. But that doesn't stop people from doing it.
